Jump-Starts for Non-University Vehicles

Parking Services offers jump-starts at no cost for vehicles parked on the main campus and in our off campus residential parking lots. Note: We are unable to provide jump-starts for electric vehicles and some hybrid vehicles.

Assistance is generally available Monday–Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm. Please contact TPS at (805) 893-2346 for more information.

Assistance may be available after hours and on weekends. Please contact the University Police Department at (805) 893-3446 for after-hours assistance. We do our best to assist motorists whenever possible. There may be times, however, when jump-starts are not available because staff is employed at other tasks.
